Whether you’re just starting out, getting back on track, or chasing your next big goal, my mission is simple: to empower you with the tools, support, and motivation you need to become stronger—both in and out of the gym.


My Journey

It all started at 220 pounds. As an 11-year-old, seeing that number scared me. I didn’t know where to begin or have the confidence to ask for help. So, like many do, I turned to the internet—watching every 5-10 minute fitness video I could find. It didn’t immediately make me stronger or melt away the pounds, but it sparked something: belief. The belief that I could change—not just my body, but my mindset and attitude.

The real turning point came when I joined wrestling. That sport taught me focus, discipline, and how to channel my motivation into something I truly loved. I’d run 10 miles, lift twice a day, then hit wrestling practice—all fueled by two bananas and chicken and rice—and I did it with a smile because I loved it.

What I realized most was my passion for helping others—not just in fitness, but in life. As soon as I could, I jumped into personal training and earned four certifications in just one year. Today, my passion remains the same: helping people smash their goals with dedication, heart, and smart training.
