Terms Of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing services or products from Lennon Kohama (hereafter “Trainer”), including in-person personal training, online coaching, or merchandise, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you should not purchase or participate.

2. Services

  • In-person personal training sessions are conducted at Muscle Factory, Tempe, AZ, or as otherwise agreed.
  • Online or virtual coaching includes programs, exercise guidance, and optional nutrition support.
  • The Trainer reserves the right to modify programs or schedules as needed.

3. Commitments & Subscriptions

  • Certain training packages require a minimum commitment (e.g., 1 month or 3 months).
  • Clients agree to honor their chosen commitment period.
  • Packages, session bundles, and subscription pricing are detailed on the product page.

4. Refunds & Cancellations

  • Training sessions, packages, and subscriptions are non-refundable, except in the Trainer’s discretion.
  • Missed sessions may be rescheduled per Trainer availability, subject to the Cancellation Policy.
  • Merchandise (clothing, accessories) can be returned per the Refund Policy.

5. Liability & Assumption of Risk

  • Participation in physical exercise carries inherent risks, including injury.
  • By purchasing services, you acknowledge and accept these risks.
  • You release the Trainer and Muscle Factory from liability for injuries sustained during training, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

6. Nutrition Guidance

  • Nutrition guidance is included as general, educational support and is not a substitute for professional medical or dietary advice.
  • Clients follow nutrition recommendations at their own discretion.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All content provided by the Trainer, including programs, videos, and written materials, is the Trainer’s property.
  • Clients may use content for personal, non-commercial use only.
  • Sharing or redistribution without permission is prohibited.

8. Privacy

  • Client information, including health and contact information, is collected solely for training purposes and is kept confidential.
  • Data may be stored digitally or in hard copy records.

9. Governing Law

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of Arizona.
  • Any disputes will be handled in accordance with Arizona law.

10. Agreement

By purchasing services or products, you confirm that you have:

  • Read and understood these Terms of Service
  • Acknowledge inherent risks
  • Agree to all policies, including Liability, Commitment, Cancellation, Refund, and Nutrition
