Cancellation & Commitment Policy

1. Minimum Commitment
All personal training packages require a minimum commitment to ensure real results:

  • 1 Month
  • 3 months

This commitment allows your coach to properly program your sessions, track progress, and deliver measurable results.


2. Subscription Billing

  • Packages are billed monthly through Shopify Subscriptions.
  • Your first charge counts toward your minimum commitment.
  • Subsequent payments are automatically billed each month until your minimum commitment is complete.

3. Cancellation Rules

  • Cancellations before the minimum commitment ends are not permitted.
  • If a client wishes to cancel after completing the minimum commitment, they may do so with 30 days’ notice.
  • Any unused sessions during the minimum commitment cannot be refunded or rolled over.

This ensures consistent progress and scheduling integrity for all clients.


4. Short-Term Trials

  • For clients not ready to commit to the minimum term, a 1-month trial may be available at a higher rate.
  • Trial clients must convert to a standard package to continue training beyond the trial period.

5. Rescheduling Policy

  • Sessions can be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.
  • Missed sessions without proper notice cannot be refunded.
  • This allows your coach to maintain consistent programming and accountability.
